INVESTMENT STRATEGY
Investing in multifamily properties with a "value-add" focus is a proven method of maintaining a semblance of control over the value of an asset despite any adverse exterior factors that may be occurring.

Value of a commercial property, meaning 5 units or greater, is derived primarily from the stream of net income the property produces.

Our value-add approach seeks properties that exhibit potential upside in net income, and thus value of the asset, through under market rents, poor management and inferior perception.
